Why is sitting down for a family dinner and not making 5 different meals for everyone so hard? I always swore I’d never be “that mom” that makes separate meals for everyone but…. I do like 7 days a week. But tonight, I didn’t!! Breakfast for dinner was a success!!!! Both kids said it was the BEST toast (French toast) and eggs they’ve ever had!!!!! Thank you while I collect my mom of the year award for everyone eating and enjoying the dinner I made. Today was officially day 1 of my daughters E-learning. You know, I think it went pretty well. We completed all her assignments with the exception of a 2nd assignment, posted by her Chinese teacher at like 4pm. I told her not to sweat it and we will get it done on Tuesday.
